1. How do I list my home on this site?
Fill out the form. We will contact you within 2 business days.

2.  How much does it cost to list my home?
For $99 you will be provided with an ad that includes a detailed description of the property, a 7 photo slide show, and an ID number and URL directly to your property. For an additional charge you can also include a virtual tour of the property.

3.  How long will my home be listed?
The home will be listed for upto 3 months unless you request to have it removed sooner.

4.  How can my house become a Featured Home? How much does it cost?
Featured Homes are advertised on the Featured Properties page, and can be purchased for $50/week.

5.  How do I edit my ad?
Send us an email with the updated information. Please allow 2 business days to modify the information.

6. How do I delete my entry after my house is sold?
Simply contact us and let us know you'd like to delete the listing.

7. Can I hold an open house?
Yes, as often as you wish.

8. Can I run an ad in the paper etc.?
Yes. If you find a buyer who is not working with an agent, you have the option of calling and letting us know you've sold the property.  We will then cancel the listing at no charge to you.
